The long weekend is here – and for many that means date night. Get out of your dinner and a movie rut and try something new. Here are a few date night ideas in Edmonton that can give you a bit of excitement to come with a night out, perfectly chosen so you can try something new.
Take your movie-going to the next level with a show at the Edmonton International Film Festival. Going from October 1-10 (view the entire schedule, here), you can choose films that make you think, make you laugh, and make you cry. All in all, there are 55 full length feature films to choose from, and 100+ short films.

This year’s Legend: Years have gone by since the flood destroyed the Williams family pumpkin business. The legend of the Williams family farm has grown bigger and bigger over the years. There are endless tales of people who would attempt to visit the farm in disbelief and were never seen or heard from again. At the local coffee shop you can often hear people bickering about what exactly goes on at the abandoned Williams farm. Tickets range from $20 – 40.
