Friday Night Feast | Friday
Planning date night in this weekend? Want to take it easy and catch up on your latest binge watch? Maybe you want to keep it low key and eat on the patio? Don’t worry about cooking, Sunterra’s Friday Night Feast means you can pick up a three course meal on the way home from work, and have dinner on the table, without the effort.

Sweat Crawl | Saturday Morning
You know, there’s something about getting sweaty on date night to really heat things up. Join a sweat crawl this weekend where you can experience multiple classes, within walking distance of one another. You might just discover a new workout, you love. The morning will be spent as part of the crawl, with a small break in between classes. The sweat crawl takes place in St. Albert.

Culinary Lab 01 | Sunday
The Culinary Lab Series will be like nothing you’ve experienced. Edmonton Economic Development has partnered with Chef David Leeder to bring four culinary lab experiences in 2017. Culinary Lab 01 will feature Chef David Leeder, who’s been trained in some of the top kitchens in the world, and Chef Edgar Gutierrez, local star of Tres Carnales and Rostizado. Together they will don lab coats and experiment with food, turning their kitchens into laboratories to produce six radically new dishes, benefitting the taste buds of all humankind.

Free Ultimate Frisbee Clinic | Sunday
Open to anyone (15 years or older) who is new to Ultimate or wanting to try it out. This clinic is a great way to try out Ultimate or to learn the basics before playing this summer. During this session we will cover the basic skills of Ultimate, rules of play, simple strategy, and provide an opportunity to try out your new skills in game play. Be sure to wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring clean soft studded cleats or running shoes, and a water bottle.
