See This: Catalyst Theatre’s ‘Fortune Falls’ Synthpop Musical // Contest

Fortune Falls had me at ‘unlike anything you will see on an Edmonton stage this season’ and kept me with the Storyline, intriguing me with the whole ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ feel. We can’t wait to see the show – and let you know what we think of the performance, so stay tuned. In the meantime, we’re giving away a pair of ticket so you can have date night, on us.

What’s the show about?

Fortune Falls is the allegorical tale of the rise, fall and reinvention of a prosperous town, once home to the world’s largest candy factory. One shocking day the factory is closed, leaving one lonely man to guard the abandoned factory and a community to contemplate endings and new beginnings.

The newest musical from Edmonton’s Catalyst Theater can be seen from January 17th to February 5th, at the Citadel in Edmonton. It’s perfect for when you’ve exhausted your local date options and are searching for something new to experience. Catalyst Theatre is known for the visually stunning shows, and we love the fact that tickets start at only $25.
