Free Outdoor Movie at Ice District
This summer, you can catch classic free outdoor movies in Edmonton on the big screen, kicking off on July 23, 2022. The first movie night will kick off with the cult classic, Wayne’s World, screening at 7pm. There will be themed food, beverages and all you have to do is bring your own chair.
Smack Some Balls at the Driving Range
Try your hand at swing a golf club tonight. A bucket of balls will run you around $6 for a small bucket and you can rent clubs as well. The range is fully licensed, so grab some local craft beers while you swing with your bestie.
Free Night at the Edmonton Art Gallery
The last Thursday of the each month is free admission from 4-7pm. Currently the Art gallery has I Am Black History, Portraits: Facing The Image and Comic Sans to name a few. Head down and check out one or more of the amazing exhibits going on right now.
Friday Night 18+ Pool Parties are your kick off to hot summer nights. Memorable summer nights start at Queen Elizabeth Pool with live DJ, swimming, dancing and poolside games all night long. Tickets start at $15.
Take in The Works and Street Fest
The Edmonton Street Festival is back on July 7th and yo can check it out completely for free. The show are by donation and worth checking out. For the people that interested in a little food and drink, there is a licensed patio till 11pm each day and a variety of local food vendors. The street performers will definitely excite everyone at Churchill Square.
Wanna help cheer on local Edmonton sports team but not break the bank? FC Edmonton is that place. Tickets start at $10.50 plus fees and you can check some of the best local soccer in Edmonton. Make sure to grab some of the drinks and food from the concessions before you hit your seats.
The street block party is back again this summer every Saturday. The outdoor market, food trucks and extended patios are back in the car free zone on 104. With weekly entertainment and different food trucks, you might have to pop by each week.
