We had the chance to chat with Chef Joseph at Cafe Bicyclette last week, and talk about the locally sourced ingredients that shine in the brunch dishes we tried. From chicken that’s brined for five-days in local honey, to the local mushrooms in the delicious, mushroom, brie and truffle omelette (you have to try this one), it’s a menu that shines with flavour - and we were excited to give a few dishes on the menu a try.
