  3. Take a stroll through The Public Night Market on Aug 25. Come see the hyer- curated vendors with the local businesses of High Street staying open late! Come grab dinner, shop local and enjoy the live music and games they will have setup all night!

  4. Kick off mid-week with a way to warm up in Edmonton. Adults only nights are coming to Muttart on Wednesday nights, kicking off the fun at 5:30.   17. Arcadia host a bi-weekly beers and queers drag trivia event. It’s a drag show and trivia event all wrapped into one fun night.

  18. Get 2 admissions, 2 medium fountain drinks, a large popcorn and your choice of candy for $39.99 on Wednesdays. It’s a cheap way to get your hands on movie tickets (in the most comfortable seats in town) - to and there are plenty of new movies coming out to catch to keep you in the know.

  20. Summer is more than half over and we all will be sad we won’t be able to golf anymore. Head to Cattail Landing and grab a beer and hit a few balling at the aqua driving range while the weather is still amazing. Plus while you are there check out the glow in the dark golf experience they offer.

  21. The Stanley A. Milner Library offers each month a vinyl press workshop and this month is create your own design on a onesie. You’ll learn heat press vinyl and Cricut design basics while creating a badass onesie.

  22. Checkout the patio series at Cafe Bicyclette. Each Thursday they have different artist featured on the beautiful outdoor space at Cafe Bicyclette.

  23. Checkout Mama Mia! on August 19th at Ice District. There is a double feature going on for free. Popcorn, delicious snacks, and refreshing beverages will be available for purchase.⁠

  24. Did you ever dream of being an astronaut? Are you worried that you missed your chance? Well, get ready for Astronaut Bootcamp, an adults-only 3-hour training camp that will spark your imagination again... so the next time the Canadian Space Agency is looking for Astronauts, you’ll be ready!

  25. Check out the Fringe, it’s free to get in and they have the food vendors to choose from. There are free shows happening on the main stage(but make sure you leave a tip) and more shows that are very affordable.
