From the music festivals happening throughout the city, to the events slowly making a comeback, and even a new speakeasy that you’ve got to try - we are stoked about the month of September and the #datenight options we’ve got here in Edmonton.

September 12 | Savour Strathcona Food & Art Festival

The annual event is a celebration of local food and art. The event features Strathcona County independent restaurants and food trucks that are encouraged to use local ingredients. Meet local artists/artisans who will have their creations on display and for sale. Enjoy entertainment and activities throughout the evening.

Take a Crystal Bracelet Making Workshop

September 15 | Couples Gaming Tournament

Bring your A-game to The Rec Room West Edmonton Mall and compete with other couples at popular redemption games in the yard.The couple with the most points at the end of the sixty minutes will take home the grand prize - and during that time you've got unlimited credits to stomp the competition.We've got three prizes, first, second and third. September 15 | Cask Party on the Streetcar

Tickets to this event include: a pour from our limited cask - west coast tropical IPA with pink guava, pineapple and red dragon fruit! And a light 3 item food menu, transportation on the rail car + a ticket for a pour of beer from any draft item at the Common after the event.

September 18 | Outdoor GLOWGA (Glow in the dark Yoga)

Saturday night glowga. An hour-long high energy yoga class for you to get your glow on.

Included in your ticket is all the glow sticks you can wear, and a refreshment after class.

September 24 | Date Night Cooking Class: Charcuterie

Sorrentino’s Cooking Classes are a hands-on experience where you can enjoy the fruits of your labour with a sit-down dinner to conclude your evening. Wine tastings will be a 3-ounce pour. Additional wine and cocktails will be available, priced individually.

Campio Brewing Co. is thrilled to bring you our first ever Drag Brunch! An day of delicious brunch, craft beer and fabulous entertainment.

Take an Edmonton Ghost Tour

A ghostly walk through Old Strathcona, where we stop in front of the Strathcona Hotel, the Princess Theatre, the Strathcona High School and many other buildings, houses, and shops that have reported ghosts, hauntings, murders, and mysteries. They are all true stories that come from area residents and business owners. The tours are hosted by a veteran storyteller with 12 years of experience. Held all summer and into the fall-Halloween season. The tours are a great outing for the whole family. The Old Strathcona Ghost Tour is 1 hour long.
