For Round Two of Sulfights, Erik Mercier, co-owner of Juice Imports, will be taking on Kristin Morandi, Biera's beloved wine curator! Addie (Aditya Raghavan, cheese geek, Indian food nerd, and culinary instructor) will be taking over the Get Cooking kitchen, dazzling us with soulful dishes during his extraordinarily brief return to Edmonton. Both competitors will pair a wine with each of Addie's three courses. Attendees won't know whose choice is whose until after they've already voted - is the anticipation killing you yet?!
