Edmonton’s Newest Brewery is Open Now: Polyrhythm Brewing

Polyrhythm Brewing is up and running in Edmonton and is your newest Edmonton brewery for you to discover on your next date night.

Come for the beer, stay for the sandwiches, and the cozy places to sit in the brewery. It’s going to lively, with events like music bingo on Thursday nights (it’s free to play!). While you’re there, don’t skip the bathrooms - and look up for a good music throwback.

Food wise, you can expect delicious sandwiches delivered straight to your table, fresh off the panini press - and we’re stoked to see what they come up with on the beer menu.

Here’s what you can expect from the beer line-up:

Beatbox Brown Ale (6% abv), Backbeat Blonde Ale (5.2% abv), Bodhran Irish Stout (4.9% abv), Snare Buzz NEIPA (6.7% abv), and 808 Irish Red (5.2% abv), a menu two years in the making, by couple Chelsea Tessier and Taylor Wacey.
